Nice location to live and walking distance for Train ,restaurant Coffee shop

Great relationship even though we have brought some issues along that need resolution.

It is of course very early to us to give meaningful feedback. I will say that Phong Smith has been very responsive as we have communicated w/him periodically via e-mail.

I moved into my condo this summer and it is my first time owning a home. Phong and Tim have always been responsive and available to answer any of my questions, or even stop by my home if I am unsure of anything or need anything checked out. They have been reliable, helpful, and invaluable resources to me as I learn about homeownership!

Tim and Phong have managed our condo building since the day it was built and have been great thus far! They are responsive to any immediate issues that we have at the building and are great at managing the financials of the association, including preparing annual budgets, renewing insurance, collecting association fees and all other tasks. Would definitely recommend them.

We’ve had a few emergencies and the team has been very responsive, going above and beyond each time. These guys are the WINNERS! - or more importantly, we are the winners for hiring them. The best way for me to describe how good they are is to compare Platinum to our previous property manger is to list all the things they do right: 1. They provide organized and detailed financial statements, budgets, long-term planning in order to maintain property value, and they keep a good eye on the reserves of the future. 2. They have construction knowledge and know what to do when things break. 3. They have a comprehensive list of professional service providers and repair consultants so when things do go wrong, they can call someone over quickly - roofs, elevator, cleaners, gardeners, alarm services, etc. 4. They are able to do the legwork to get detailed bids, negotiate, and oversee projects so that we are using the best service people. They are responsive by email and phone when they are needed. 5. They even helped me source a service person to do some work inside my unit 6. The understand insurance and contracts. The property manager we had before Platinum was disorganized, inexperienced, and useless. Two years into that contract and we knew we need to find another property manager. We have been with Platinum for a little more than 2 years and we are so grateful to have found them. And finally, we are a small building with just 8 units. Most property managers didn't want to work with us because of our size, but we are thrilled that Platinum took us on as a client.

Platinum Realty Group manages my investment properties that I rent out in South Boston. They are extremely reliable, very responsive, and get me the best rents I have seen. Their accounting is always accurate down to the penny and my tenants rave about the management services that they provide. Happy Tenants = Happy Landlord and these guys certainly keep my tenants happy!

Our building isn't easy to manage with all its weird quirks and idiosyncrasies, but they do a good job working through all the issues and keeping all the owners informed. They seem very experienced and are very professional.

Since taking over management of our eight-unit condo in December 2018, Platinum Realty Group has done an outstanding job. They are professional partners in managing all aspects of our condo, solving problems and helping us to maintain our facility. They consistently are attentive and responsive, have done a tremendous job sourcing contractors and supervising work. Our budget consistently is accurate and updates are provided on a timely basis every month. We enthusiastically recommend them.
